Berbatov in a rare good mood

Manchester United have been rocked just hours before their Sunday clash with Aston Villa after striker Dimitar Berbatov was ruled out for two weeks with a mood injury.

The sullen Bulgarian star suffered the problem in the 2-0 defeat at Fulham two weeks ago and will now not feature in Sunday's clash.

Most of the United team that day were in a foul mood, but Berbatov was by far the worst, and received treatment after the game. This involved being told jokes by manager Sir Alex Ferguson, who also pulled some funny faces, but Berba's face could not be cracked into a smile.

Team-mates even tried to cheer up their gloomy friend by doing impressions of Rafa Benitez, but all was in vain - Berba is just a miserable bastard!

Latest reports say Berba could be moody until the Portsmouth match at Old Trafford on 22 April, although some people think 'once a moody bugger, always a moody bugger'.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
