The FA Premier League announced today there would be a full inquiry into the Spurs Bolton fixture that saw a 2-0 victory for Tottenham.

"We are finding it hard to believe with the way they defend that they kept a clean sheet" said an FA spokesperson. "I mean let's be honest, who would have believed it" he continued.

Tottenham keeper Heureleo Gomes tried in vain to gift a goal to Bolton with a series of blunders that Charlie Chaplin would have been proud of.

"In light of the goal keepers performance and the way their defence has played in previous matches we believe there is enough suspicion to warrant further investigation."

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
