Fabio Capello has resigned as England manager, the Football Association has confirmed.
It is believed that Fabio wants to spend more time with his family.
A source told BBC today "Fabio is a pensioner - working two weeks in the summer will be awkward - he may have to help look after the grandchildren in the school holidays"
EUROMILLIONS FOR FABIO?
However, a new theory emerged within the last hour when a WH Sniffs employee told Sly Sports News he saw Mr Capello at Heathrow boarding a plane to Monaco. "He was in the shop last week and I made polite conversation with him when he bought a copy of NUTS and World soccer magazine" said Charlie Dickens, 19, of West Ealing.
"It is company policy to upsell every customer - so I offered him a Family size galaxy bar but he said no" continued Mr Dickens. "Eventually I managed to sell him some wine gums and a Euro Millions lottery ticket. This week he was back in the shop and very happy, saying the ticket was a big winner and he was off to Monaco to open an investment account for Rosie. I asked if Rosie was his daughter or granddaughter and he laughed his head off and said 'no - his dog'. This time he bought a copy of FHM and Four Four Two magazine. I managed to upsell him a Snickers bar and a copy of the Financial Times. I hope I see him again soon."
When asked to confirm the story in the last few minutes, Mr Capello's agent gave a terse "No comment"
