A recent study completed by an expert panel on climate changes and global warming has concluded that the number of days the sun shines on a dog's ass declining every year.
It is projected that by the year 2014 a dog's ass will feel the heat from the suns rays only 14 days a year. With new research techniques now available to test the core rectal temps of dogs, scientists have been able to update future projections.
Scientists use two independent methods to obtain their findings. In addition to measuring the core temp of the dogs rectum, they counted the number of sunny days and factored in the core temps then divided it by the number of the dogs involved in the study.
The findings make a greater need for combating global climate change more urgent.
"Every dog deserves his day in the sun. A dog with a warm ass is a happy dog. We must reduce carbon pollution now. Until then we can't let the canine population know where the sun won't shine."
"In other words… keep your mutts shut."
