Snowmen are evolving into migratory animals, so says Professor Ima Dorc. After decades of studying snowmen Professor Dorc claims they are now on the move. Global warming has been a problem for these cool fellows and many were afraid the species would soon become extinct.
Professor Dorc believes this could provide some hope for many species who are having difficulty adjusting to warmer temperatures. "If snowmen can evolve into migratory animals, maybe other species will also learn to seek cooler environments." However, it will be extremely difficult for creatures who ordinarily cannot even walk to cover thousands of miles in a single year.
Professor Dorc is well known for her award winning research on snowmen and for recent expeditions to collect snowman DNA.
