PYONGYANG, North Korea - Kim Jong Un has always been a fan of America's National Aeronautics Space Administration program.
He says he has read over 15 books on the subject and he recently told The Rice Paddy National News Agency of North Korea that he sometimes fantasizes about going up in the Space Shuttle.
Kim Jong Un actually has an autographed T-shirt that was personally given to him by the second man to walk on the moon astronaut Buzz Aldrin.
The North Korean leader has said on several occasions that he would not trade the Aldrin T-shirt for all the Saki in Japan.
Kim Jong Un recently wrote a letter to NASA Spokesperson Trent Timmelfarb telling him that he would gladly make a $10 million donation to NASA if they would agree to put North Korean license plates on the next land rover that travels to Mars.
SIDENOTE: Trent Timmelfarb replied to Kim Jong Un and thanked him for his generous offer but added that rules and regulations established by The American Vehicular Federation strictly prohibit any license plates but U.S. plates from being placed on American land rovers bound for Mars.
