While most people watching their little kids watch "Mr Roger's Neighborhood" on television, knew that the kids were enjoying the show and Mr. Rogers, deep inside every husband and father watching was the thought, "What a wimp!"
The guy comes on the show and goes to his closet and takes off his sweater and talks to the kiddies in a womanish voice.
"He needs to either stay in the closet or come out for good", they're thinking.
But then they see the adoring eyes of their kids and they let it go for the 50th time.

This Mr. Rogers was a Marine sniper turned Navy Seal in Korea and in Vietnam with 25-42 enemy kills to his credit. In trying to get his life turned around, he was given a chance to host a children's show that he jumped at.
