Susan Boyle has been asked to be on the panel of judges for the next season of 'America's Got Talent'. Susan has accepted the 'challenge' but has ONE stipulation. The stipulation is that the Americans - and indeed the Brits. - improve their English grammar.
As Susan correctly pointed out, the shows really should be re-named:
"America Has Talent" and "Britain Has Talent".
Susan is quoted as saying,
"Och! Well A have put up with this poor English grammar fer years noo. A dae think it's aboot time someone speaks oot.
"That's terrible English. A know Arm Sco'ish but Arm not thick. A know ma grammar and it's aboot time those American's go' their act together.
"Oh it fair drives me mad it does. GOT.....GOTTEN.....SNUCK INTO....spelling words without 'u'. A mean 'color', favorite' an' so on. Also, they call Autumn - FALL an' A dae think that's because they're lazy sods (oops! sorry!) or just plain ignoran' an' canna SPELL Autumn.
"Folk say that A have wee problems because of ma birth. Wo' excuses are those Americans usin' A wonder tae mesel'.
"Och. Sure A would love tae be on the panel of AGT....but...only when it's renamed AHT. America Has Talent."
