Lindsay Lohan who had been seen at the Cannes Film Festival last week may have to serve the rest of her sentence for an earlier charge and conviction on DUI charges from 2007.
Apparently Lohan served most of the time going to rehab classes but then took off early.
Judge Margaret Adamson of Beverly Hills Superior Court has told officers to go apprehend the 23-year-old actress because, "She has to do her time the same as everybody else. We determine when she has finished, not her."
Last week the rumor was circulating all over the Cannes Festival that Lindsay had landed the lead role in the "Deep Throat" movie about the late porn star, "Linda Lovelace".
"Funny thing about that", states someone who was also at Cannes and staying near-by. "There were apparently try-outs all week long for that movie but no one now seems to know anything about it."
"Movie? What movie is that? Oh, are they going to do that?"
"We thought YOU were doing that!"
"Oh come on. She's 23 years old and been around a bit. Why would she fall for that old chestnut?"
