It is rumoured that the forthcoming Oscars Celebration Party held by Sir Elton John will be the location for one of the most anticipated cat-fights of all time. Arch-rivals Katie Price and Victoria Beckham are set to come face to face for the first time in twelve months.
It was doubtful the fight would take place as Price had not been officially invited to Sir Elton's party.
Price put the doubts to rest earlier when she confirmed, "I can exclusively reveal that I weren't properly invited and that, but I will definitely be attending my mate Elt's Oscars bash as a guest of a guest. I'm really looking forward to it, it's a win-win for The Pricey. I'm going to win the fight against that posh cow, and get to parade Alex in front of the A-list. I'm hoping someone will spot his star quality and snap him up now I'm his manager. He's such a good actor, he could've got an Oscar for his brilliant performance in Hollyoaks. He'll make me a fortune."
Beckham faces a tough test as Price has created a lot of press build-up, but has shrugged off suggestions she will play the same tactics as last year, when she riled Price by talking at length to her (then) husband, Peter Andre.
In a pre-fight interview Beckham said, "One will not be approaching Mr. Alex Reid for any form of chitter-chatter."
Both women were last seen training in almost identical faux fur coats amidst a scrum of paparazzi.
