Lindsay Lohan is apparently headed back to rehab instead of jail according to the latest rumor circulating on the internet.
On the other hand, the same rumor is going out about Paris Hilton.
The story goes that one of her (whichever, both are rating below a blow-up doll at the present) boyfriends or girlfriends, as yet unidentified, left Lohan/Paris alone and went to see someone at another table at a club and got up and left with them.
Lohan/Paris sat for nearly an hour without a word or call and then she goes outside and someone told her the two who had left earlier were kissing. So their car being handy, someone said that Lindsay/Hilton took revenge on her playmate's car.
Police were called in and the matter put off.
That was before the friend found that Lohan/Paris had apparently leaned on the camera/phone and the photo showed her using a screwdriver for a different purpose that it was intended.
So look for Lohan/Paris to get out of another scrap by going into rehab. She has already, under her attorney's advice, paid for damages to the car, and been placed under probation.
There seems to be a pattern here. Anyone else would be in jail but stars are treated differently.
Maybe Lohan/Paris told the judge who saw the photo that she had been framed?
