Micheal Jackson may have been the victim of his beloved chimp Bubbles.
The mischievous monkey was a known sex offender (which is why Jackson bought him in the first place) and had a legendary temper which could turn nasty in an instant.
Mysterious muddy knuckle prints found all around Jackson's exclusive mansion and tell-tale banana skins have lead some investigators to the theory that Bubbles may have attacked Jackson.
"Jackson was due to go and play in England for a considerable amount of time", said a spokesman for the LA county sheriffs department, " and Bubbles couldn't travel due to his vicous nature and lack of a valid passport".
One suggestion is that Bubbles attacked Jackson in a fit of rage at his master's leaving him.
Bubbles was a very angry chimp.
The fact that the cheeky monkey hasn't been seen since Friday morning has further added to his guilt.
