Angus McCoatup, Scottish love-rat and star of Scotland's top home-grown soap, The Bonny Blooming Heather, is in a right state today after being photographed in the company of a leggy blond in London's trendy Soho last night.
But McCoatup, no stranger to philandering and putting it about a bit, may this time have bitten off more than he can chew. It's no secret in the business that he is currently 'stepping out' with his on-screen co-star Shorra Lochness who plays 'Wee Morag' in the top north of the border TV hit.
Lochness was said to be devastated this morning when the Spoof's Showbiz Editor, Oscar Bafta, broke the news in a caring but yet very explicit and almost ghoulish way.
"See if that basta's been hooring aboot behind my back? Ah'm gonna cut his tadger aff and stick it doon his miserable neck" snarled the humiliated actress, barely able to hold back the tears.
McCoatup is due back on set tomorrow and The Spoof expects fur to be flying when the two are reunited.
