A Young Boy has made an allegation against the late King of Pop, that he was pushed off his skateboard and had it stolen by the late singer back in 2008.
Bart Simpson spoke out against the singer after claiming the silence had to broken after all the years.
"Look, man. Michael Jackson did something bad to me. He pushed me off my skateboard and ran off with it before jumping on a bus. If he can do that to a ten year old kid, what else is he capable of doing? He can go eat my shorts!"
In fact, Bart, who is now 16, isn't the first child to accuse Jackson of this type of crime. Back in 2006, only a year after the singer was sensationally acquited of charges that he robbed a toy store at gunpoint with a banana, another boy claimed Jackson did the same thing to him.
Dennis the Menace alleged the singer threatened him with a banana and demanded he give him his infamous slingshot.
A police investigation went underway, with Jackson receiving charges for the crime. But Menace soon dropped the charges after receiving an out of court settlement for the sum of a doomsday weapon that would obliterate the Wilson estate.
The family of Simpson are seeking advice and are thinking about suing Jackson's Estate for compensation.
The Jackson Estate have shot back at the claims and have said the accusations are "stupid beyond belief. But we're willing to buy this idiot a new skateboard if he shuts up".
