NEW YORK CITY - Justin Bieber says that he hates to disappoint his thousands of fans in the Ukraine but he will not be appearing there any time soon.
Bieber, under advice of his manager, his agent, his doctor, his therapist, and his makeup artist has cancelled his 17-city Ukraine tour which was to have started on April 1.
Justin told Calcutta Cotton with Music Moments Magazine that his team of experts simply did not want to put their fabulous star in harm's way.
They all agreed that Justin could easily recoup the lost revenue by scheduling a concert tour up in his home country of Canada.
Meanwhile, Vice-President Joe Biden has stated that he is still working on the legal aspects of having the spoiled brat deported once and for all.
