NEW YORK CITY - The New York City Police Department has just announced that Canadian singer Justin Bieber could possibly end up being hit with indecent exposure charges.
An NYPD spokesperson told The iRumors News Agency that two individuals have come forward and stated that they saw the 19-year-old publicity-addict peeing into a mop bucket at a downtown restaurant.
One of the eyewitnesses identified as Wendy "Peaches" Cuddybubble, 24, said that she had just turned around from talking to her friend Baylee Cartablanca, 29, when she witnessed an individual giggling and blatantly using the bucket.
Miss Cuddybubble, who works as a waitress at a Pompous Pizza Parlor in Queens, said that she recognized Justin Bieber right away from his high-pitched girly voice and his Sponge Bob Square Pants arm tattoo.
Miss Cartablanca, who is an unemployed dentist, said that she knew it was him because he kept trying to sound like one of the hip hop brutha's by using words like "yo," "bro," "ho," and "beyotch."
