Spears, 31, attended a private party thrown by Elton John at The Mrs. Teddy Roosevelt Hotel in West Hollywood.
She showed off her brand new brunette tresses which she said were courtesy of the Hair Stylist to The Stars FuFi Fondue.
Britney wore a dress with a plunging neckline that truly showcased her hooters, as Simon Cowell calls them.
The host of honor Elton John was dressed as The Statue of Liberty and he mingled with the celebrity crowd that included Heidi Klum, George Clooney, Stacy Keibler, Kelly Osbourne, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, the three Kardashian girls, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney, and Vice-President Joe Biden.
The vice-president told Britney that her new hair color made her look foxier and sexier than she has ever looked.
Vice-President Biden reportedly went up to Heidi Klum, who was wearing an extremely revealing dress, and told her that if she showed anymore of her ample rack that he would have no choice but to tell his secret service agent to take her into custody.
Elton John was said to have started giggling uncontrollably when he found out that Kelly Osbourne, whose hair was dyed lavender, was wearing a bra and panties that perfectly matched her hair color.
