HOLLYWOOD - The word coming out of Tinsel Town is that the Princess of Pop, Britney Spears will not be returning for a second season of X-Factor.
According to an inside source Simon Cowell felt that Ms. Spears is just not worth the annual salary of $15 million she receives.
The unnamed source stated that the Viceroy of Venom had hoped to bring in Britney and possibly turn her into a female version of himself The Sultan of Sarcasm.
But sad to say that Britney, 31, instead turned into a blonde, younger version of Paula Abdul The Shedder of Teardrops.
Cowell truly felt that in the beginning of the X-Factor season that Spears would turn in the angry, white Naomi Campbell but instead she simply acted more like another Naomi, the nice one - Naomi Judd.
During the middle of the season Simon met privately with Britney and he told her that he wanted for her to be a little more aggressive in her criticism of the young singers.
Britney responded by saying that it was just not in her nature to be a mean, heartless, sarcastic, evil demon like American Idol's Nicki Minaj, who would probably tell her own mother not to quit her day job because her singing sounded like an ostrich choking on a monkey.
