Hollywood, California - The script for the first show of a new T.V. series to be hosted by hoity-toity Piers Morgan has been leaked to the Press. The new show is to be called America's Got Guns and features exciting audience interaction.

The script was passed to your fearless reporter by our source at a photocopy shop in Hollywood who wishes to remain anonymous. The show has a target production date of June 1 and is slated to air on July 4th, 2013.

Members of the studio audience, according to documents released with the script, must sign a waiver that the production crew can do anything to them during the production of the show.

The basic theme of the show is that, assuming a draconian gun control edict is in place, Americans will hide their guns and lie about them rather than turn them in when demanded.

This is where the show gets interesting. A random member of the audience is chosen and taken on stage, where he is subjected to a brutal inquisition. He is asked "Where are you hiding your guns?" If he gives them up he can win a prize. If he claims he has no guns, or refuses to say where he has hidden them, he is then subjected to water boarding live on the show until he confesses.

Piers stands on stage backed by a line of men holding M16's and wearing the TSA uniform to provide him security. The Englishman laughs at the subject as he gasps for breath, asking him why his guns aren't protecting him NOW.

The show is expected to break all records for viewership.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
