ST. BARTS, West Indies - Jennifer Lopez recently stated that she truly enjoys being one of the judges on the hit show American Idol.
She noted that it gives her a tremendous sense of satisfaction and joy to be able to help young wannabe singers.
Lopez had a chat with Vodka Vermicelli of iRumors at the Purple Jellyfish Hotel in St. Barts.
And she confessed to Miss Vermicelli that she has never been happier than at the present time and that she gives all of the credit to her amazing boyfriend Caspar Smart.
J.Lo is quick to add that Smart is very smart as evidenced by his 137 IQ. She bragged to Miss V that Caspy, as she refers to him, can name all of the capitals of every country in the world.
[EDITOR'S NOTE: I have to say that I am impressed since I can only name 117 of the world's 196 capitals.]
Lopez who was named the 2011 "Cougar of The Year" admits that at first she was kind of embarrassed at the title, but that she has since learned to accept it with honor, dignity, and the $25,000 cash prize that came with the title.
She also noted that she no longer has any qualms about the fact that her "boy toy" who is only 24, is actually young enough to be her son.
J.Lo said that she recently spoke to Melanie Griffith, 51, who has been married to the much younger Antonio Banderas for 15 years.
She said that Mel told her to ignore the people who criticize her because those women are just jealous that they are married to old coots and would gladly give half of their feminine hormones to hook up with a younger man.
Lopez said that Caspy always keeps her smiling and giggling with his funny impersonations of Hank Williams Jr, Brett Favre, Piers Morgan, Bruno Tonioli, Vice-President Joe Biden, and Kate Gosselin.
She proudly pointed out that Caspy can sing in four languages and just this past Valentine's Day he learned to sing J.Lo's hit "Jenny From The Block" in Russian.
SIDENOTE: It is no secret that Jennifer Lopez is literally on cloud nine and her fellow American Idol judge Steven "Lips" Tyler has stated that it is uncanny how much Caspar actually resembles J.Lo's soon-to-be-ex-husband Marc Anthony except of course for the wrinkles, the huge age difference, and that very noticeable vampire-zombie look.
