November, 29 (Spoof News) Oil Prices fell today, but vowed they would rise to levels that don't match demand.

"We fell. We will not fall again, unless world governments decide that people are getting off of unfair commodities market. I don't believe the fall was Karma." Oil Prices told reporters.

Oil Prices have slowly been destroying the fabric of society since countries have depended on OPEC for their unhealthy demand for oil.

Oil Prices deny they are the reason for society going through some rough times right now.

"We don't set the prices, we just rake in the profits for our greedy traders that exposed flaws to the system but weren't fixed due to the bums voters put in office. You want to blame someone, blame the voters for being seduced by men and women that talk in circles." Oil Prices added.

Oil Prices also took offense to the fact that some people can't afford to visit their family during the holidays because their high prices have led to no jobs and inflation worries.

"We aren't the people that bought cars that only get 15 mpg, and drove up the so called demand for more oil. It isn't like people weren't aware that oil is a scare natural resource." Oil Prices said.

While Oil Prices showed no sense of remorse for what they caused. They did point out that the consumer does bear some responsibility in the whole mess. Will it change the way things are reported here? No way.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
