Designed to speed up waiting systems, make the whole "4 hour rule" look like the piece of shit that it is as well as make it cheaper for the NHS in terms of wages: hospitals in Wales are the first to try out "DIY Operation Station".
The area allows patients to treat their own bodies for surgery using a very simple method of sticking post it notes (of which the NHS has billions of) on the part of the body which needs replacing. A surgeon can then deal with half of the problem, before the patient can then "do the finishing touches"
The news comes as it was revealed that the NHS were in the debt the equivalent of a small country. A massive car boot is expected to take place to raise revenue.
