The Nasty Piggy Bank was smashed

Branches of several foreign banks have been suffering a concerted attack of vandalism, excrement smeared on windows and pushed into the night deposit boxes after severe dyslexic anarchist, Mary Hinge, joined the Anti-British National Party Organisation.

"She is a bit of a rebel, and we cannot reign her in," said Harry Aires, who does PR for the ABNPO. "To be fair, it's not her fault, it's her dyslexia."

Hinge, thirty-seven of no fixed abode, has attacked the National Bank of Pakistan, the Banco Português de Negócios and the Punjab National Bank, all of whom have offices in the financial district of Canary Wharf, London.

Unfortunately for the banks, they all have large logos emblazoned on their offices, and Hinge had spotted that the National Bank of Pakistan had NBP on the front, whilst Banco Português de Negócios had BPN and the Punjab National Bank had PNB.

"She must have through the BNP had offices all over that district," Aires said.

The Banque Nationale de Paris, which also has offices in the area, and the logo BNP in red white and blue lettering, was strangely spared Hinge's ferocious attacks.

"When we can find Mary," Aires said, "we will hand her over to the authorities. Until then, she is a BPN, Bloody Public Nuisance."

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
