SimpleJet the well known airline say it is not easy to smuggle dead relatives on board their airlines. This comes after two women were arrested at Liverpool's John Lennon Airport, trying to get a dead relative on board a flight to Berlin.
SimpleJet staff became suspicious about the old man in a wheelchair, wearing a pair of sun glasses, who looked as stiff as a board.
When police arrived they discovered the old man was dead and arrested the two women aged 44 and 66,on suspicion of failing to give notification of death.
Other Airlines have also warned against trying to smuggle dead relatives on any of their flights even although all airports have a terminal.
