Shares in leading paint stripper manufacturer ProPaintStrip, dipped alarmingly yesterday when its new range of skin care products proved too volatile for a fragile market. An advertising campaign, featuring Hilary Clinton, was axed, and all the new products, at the cost of billions of dollars, were recalled.
Silver-haired founder of the mighty Corporation, and President, Mr. Harvey Malfinger: 'This is a minor setback, and there is no need for concern. Shares will bounce back next week because we believe our new range is not too fragile for a volatile market.'
A spokesman for the mighty corporation, which has recently branched into baby wear, foodstuffs, and pharmaceuticals, said the skin care range had not provoked a serious customer backlash due to the recent 'rhino baby' scare. Little Ryan Drynose, whose ass is pictured, is at the centre of a court case we aren't allowed to mention:
'Stories of some kind of cover up over this freak kid are completely without foundation.'
Shares continue to be monitored closely by people who know a lot about shares.
