MEXICO CITY - The government of Mexico has just sent a message to Russian President Putin that effective immediately it will no longer provide it with its monthly shipment of 37,000 dozen tamales.
President Nacho Winslow stated that he cannot trade with a country that is treating the Ukraine as if it were a third or even fourth world country.
El Presidente further noted that if and when the Kremlin promises to leave the people of the Ukraine alone, then and only then will he once again ship the deliciously tasty tamales to Russia.
Meanwhile, President Putin was shocked at President Winslow's tamale directive and asked if he would consider moving the effective date back to Cinco de Mayo (May 5).
