Met up with me old mate Shabo O'Dinga today.

He's on leave from the Darfur Anorexia Very Light Infantry Regiment.

Shabo's given me some belting advice on survival diets in the past and taught me about a new one where a family of four can hack it on a bunch of nettle and a handful of red ants for a month.

Must remember to send him a Christmas card this year.

A nice thick one that's easy to chew.
