Dear Diary -

Well it appears that I am starting to fall victim to the old adage if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen.

I don't know why but for the last two weeks or so I have found that the temperature in the kitchen has been much too high.

I checked the central air conditioning system and it is working perfectly so I guess that it must be me.

I guess I may just have to end up getting the hell out of my Hell's Kitchen.
