Dear Diary - I just read where President Putin has said that he will pay the Russian Olympic athletes according to what kind of medal they get.

He is offering $10,000 for anyone who gets a gold medal.

Well I have to say that there is no way that I am going to do anything like that simply because I think it's illegal.

In fact, I have asked Vice-President Joe Biden to look into the matter and see if there are any grounds for a lawsuit.
