Frank Bruno announced that he is to make a comeback, but not to boxing, instead he will be taking part in the British Superbike championship.

In the interview, Frank Bruno explained why he was entering this very highly competitive and dangerous sport.

"Well Harry, I was bored and one Sunday on the TV I saw my old boxing mate Gary Mason racing at Brands Hatch, and I thought that looks like fun he he he".

Gary Mason, a former heavyweight boxer trained with Frank and they literally grew up together until Gary Mason was forced to quit due to an injury and also when Lennox Lewis beat him good.

However, the Gary Mason in British Superbikes is not the former boxer but, when we pointed this out to Frank he replied "He he he, I know what you mean Harry, none of us are the same ha ha "

We pointed out that the Gary Mason in BSB was in fact much smaller and lighter than his old sparing partner to which Frank explained " of course he is Harry, Lennox beat the weight off his body ...Harry"

We also showed him pictures of Gary Mason BSB rider and highlighted the fact that he is not the right colour for a person from the West Indies/Jamaica!

"Oh Harry, he is a little pale because he is ill mate, you know what I mean and don't call Gary white because he can still hit hard Harry he he he".

Soon after Frank was spotted in Donnington on a scooter getting lessons on Racing Motorcycles, we look forward to seeing Frank race along side his old friend Gary Mason soon.
