LONDON - Books. TV. Films. Video-games. Now, education. What do they have in common? They're all blamed for teen violence.
It's education's turn, which is total irony. History lessons are bearing the brunt of the forces of moral guardians, however other classes are being attacked too.
"My kid was being told about concentration camps!" said a concerned parent. "He was being told that Jews were being totured. These are not words and ideas that should be put into our children's heads!"
Parents Against Violent Education (PAVE) have found evidence that the amount of crime jumps occur near September, which obviously means that kids are doing it.
"My kids might be scarred... knowing stuff like Great Expectations [by Dickens] it just chills me. Holy crap! Johnny, put that down! Look at that! My child is holding up a copy of a Maths textbook! He shouldn't learn about logicalim!"
