Bangalore Herald, Bangalore, India: A disturbing report is circulating foreigners and ex-patriots visiting or living in India.
Foreigners in India are being discriminated against and many feel that India is taking a racist direction similair to the Apartheid system that used to rule South Africa.
Foreign visitors wishing to visit fun-parks, national parks, safari's, fitness studios, taking taxi rides, going to the bogs, (no thanks) etc, are being confronted with the following signs:
Native Indians allowed in for very cheap prices.
Foreigners allowed in for very expensive prices.
Now way back when in South Africa, the US, etc, similair signs were erected and were certainly based upon racist policies.
India do possess the Holy Cow and now they're introducing the "Holy Milk Cow" alias foreigners.
Many ex-pats living in India are becoming disturbed at the increase in discrimination against foreigners and have sent protest letters to local governments.
Unfortunately Indian red tape procedures and bureaucracy take so long
that by the time the letters of protest are answered the foreign protestor will be guaranteed dead.
