Former US President George Bush revealed in an exclusive interview with The Times of London that in his opinion, waterboarding terror suspects was justifiable, on the grounds that the technique saved many lives and prevented countless terror plots.

Including attacks on Heathrow airport and Canary Wharf.

Mister Bush however fell short of admitting that waterboarding was fun, at least for the people doing it, as opposed to those on the receiving end.

Mister Bush also expressed his disappointment at the failure to locate weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, but defended his decision to go to war.

The revelations will be published in the Dubya autobiography, Decision Points in which he talks about many personal things like how British public opinion was largely irrelevant, and about his much publicised drink problem.

It isn't yet known if Mister Bush will reveal how he frequently got shitfaced in the Oasis Bar And Grill, got frequently tossed off by the mechanical bull, tried to put his hand up Queen Mudder's dress, conspired on matters piratical with Captain Morse at table 5, and poured his heart out to Father Francois DuBois SJ in the OB&G confessional.

Well - he wouldn't want to shout about that, now would he?

More as we get it.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
