The State of Arizona is striking back at the Obama Regime after the President and his agenda driven team vowed to fight Arizona's law to enforce illegal immigration laws being ignored by Washington.
Arizona legal officials are citing a clause in the 2000 page Obamacare package that was slipped in during closed door hearings by congressional liberals Maxine Waters and Charles Wrangle (sic) to levy a 10% tax on all tanning salons who promised to make 'white people more politically correct."
"Obama and his team are clearly instilling an entitlement that will lead to racial profiling and unfair taxation. It's worse than the Poll Tax our leaders overturned years ago. This is turning Civil Rights back 100 years" according to the brief filed with the Supreme Court.
While the levy went mostly unnoticed since even the congressional majority never read the bill, a more recent study undertaken by Arizona legal council noticed that while the tanning salons, patronized by whites, was being taxed, medical practices that promised "skin bleaching" and "hair processing and straightening" was not only not taxed, but was included as services that would be covered by the far ranging Obamacare entitlement program.
Said one legal staffer, " we find it ironic that a medical treatment to make white people black is being taxed, but treatments to make black people whiter are not only not taxed, but are encouraged by being declared treatments eligible for full reimbursement under the Obamacare Bill!"
Valerie Jarrett, a close aide to the President, and Chicago millionaire involved in several slum lord apartment scandals who would have profited if the Obama's scheme to reward Chicago with the Olympics had prevailed, is a black woman who looks white. Said Jarrett, " I think it's perfectly normal for Black people to want to look white, just look at what you can accomplish by 'fitting in!" It certainly didn't hurt Michael Jackson any!"
On the other hand, she had nothing but distain for white people who wanted to be black saying, " I don't get it....they may change their skin colour, but they can't dance, they can't jump, and they just don't have the ass for it.
Those honkeys should be taxed and probably sued for copyright infringement as well!"
Addressing the controversy, a pasty white Robert Gibbs, Obama's press secretary said, " Well...ah...people are looking at this as a black and white issue, when, ahhh, ahmmm, it's falls more into a degree of shading...some salons provide deeper tans than others and here is where the problem arises....the US is not a nation of Mulattoes yet, and certainly a collection of 'high yeller' minorities can not be healthy for a person's well being.
Let me be perfectly clear: Obamacare will not pay for treatment of skin cancer developed by people who use tanning beds just to 'get down' with their neighbors in 'the hood' or as a ploy to apply for more benefits!"
As a side note, VP Joe Biden was recently photographed relaxing on the south side of Chicago with his jeans hanging below his ass and wearing cornrows fashioned amidst his hair plugs during a Democratic fund raiser at Rev. Wright's church where the theme of the sermon was "Never Trust an Oreo!"
