The Colonel who gave us Kentucky Fried Chicken, was actually penniless at the age of 65, when he retired after running a restaurant, for many years.
When he received his first months pension, the Colonel, decided sitting around was not for him and he decided to try and get backing for his Fried Chicken Recipe.
So the Colonel convinced people to invest in his fried Chicken Recipe and that's how Kentucky Fried Chicken was born, well it wasn't actually born it had to be dead to put in the recipe but you know what I mean.
Always remember that even if you are a Colonel, and you are broke at 65 you can still be a success.
