Dollars were crumpled and thrown on the ground by Chinese when the got the news

WASHINGTON DC - The Federal Reserve issued a warning through a special courier to me for world-wide publication to China, "Do not attempt to keep our currency".

As the note handed to me stated:

US currency is the property of the United States Government and is not to be defaced. It must be returned to the Federal Reserve upon demand. All Federal Reserve notes are a loan and must be repaid in time. They are not backed by any commodity and may not be exchanged for silver or gold at Fort Knox.

At this time the Federal Reserve is recalling all US currency in China due to problems with Chinese exports to the US, such as leaded toys and corrosive wall-board.

In response, the Chinese plan to add another layer of bricks to the Great Wall of China.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
