President Barack Obama met today with Ambassadors from several North, Central, and South American countries. As they were lining up for the lunch buffet, Obama stepped in front of Mexican Ambassador to the United States Jose Luis Lopez Guadalupe de los Santos Torres Vega Gonzalez. The Ambassador said the the President, "Lo Ciento, Pendojo."
Obama, thinking that the Mexican was excusing himself for belching and that Pendejo was Spanish for "President," said "No problema, Ambassador" in response. Barack continued by saying "Sometimes we all have to belch or fart, especially after eating your frijoles or drinking your cerveza."
All of the Central and South American Ambassadors from Spanish speaking countries (which was most of them) saw and heard the President's comments. Afterwards, they all took great pleasure in referring to him as Pendejo Obama. No one, of course, ever told him that the expression is Spanish for pubic hair.
After spending his time learning a few Spanish phrases from his guests, Obama made the following statement to members of the media:
"I am muy embarrasado (very pregnant) today to admit that I don't speak your beautiful lingua (tongue, like the one in your mouth, not like the language). My Puta Michelle (prostitute) and I would like to come to your country and see all of the beautiful fundillos (assholes). I'll make sure that the borachos (drunks) in my administration make the arrangements. As my new friends wished me this greeting, I'd like to share it with everyone in America and say "chinga tu madre."
