If you've feared Obama Care you now have very good reason. The nearly unreadable, one thousand page plus bill has finally been deciphered by cryptographers for the Congressional Budget office. Their startling conclusion: It's a cookbook!
The bill, whose subtitle,"To Serve Man", should have been a dead give away, is crammed with recipes and directions on how to best kill, butcher and prepare human beings for the dinner table.
The White House, which at first refused to comment, later admitted that it looked like a cookbook and it did indeed have recipes in it, but that the compilation was a mistake.
In other news, controversy over President Obama's birth certificate continues amid new allegations that Mr. Obama is not even of this world, and is in fact of the alien race known as Kanamits.
