In a test case in the courts a boy aged seven is taking his parents to court over carelessness in the choice of his first name.
"It cames as quite a shock when we received the summons explaining what was happening"said Mr Fyle from Newcastle. "I mean one minute I was taking our lad to football, the next he has his own legal team onto me and we are about to make legal history. I don't get it."
The case revolves around the fact that the Fyles did not take due care and attention in choosing the first name of their child. "We just thought that Peter was a nice name. We never thought about the fact that he would be Peter Fyle." The crestfallen father said.
The parents of Eric and Mick Hunt have gone into hiding.
