The lawyer was speaking to reporters following his arrest 'on trumped up charges' of willfully supplying 'recreational' prescription drugs to the late Playboy centerfold bombshell Anna Nicole Smith.
Stern, 69, along with Dr Sandeep Kapoor, 40, and celeb shrink Christine Eroshevich, 61, have been charged with procuring and administering opiates and benzodiazepins to the late 48FF-24-36 stripper who died after an overdose two years ago.
"I blame Elaine Marshall for this ludicrous witch hunt," Stern commented later this morning.
"She's the one egging on LA Attorney General Jerry Brown to file these charges because she ain't getting a penny of her late father-in-law's billions.
