Robert Mugabe has found a way of defying the EU Ban which prevents him of ever setting foot on continental Europe. It is rumoured that Mr Mugabe intends to digitally remaster himself enabling him to be sent to every fax machine in Europe as a junk facsimile.
This is seen as another manifestation of the evil one in his bid to gain a wider audience so he can tell the world what a colonial bastard Gordon Brown is.
A spokesman for the Foreign Office stated 'We have suspected for some time that Mugabe was up to no good and here is the proof'.
