The ghost of legendary film-maker Ingmar Bergman has made a short movie of the funeral of his earthly remains according to senior spiritualist Icy Deadfolk.
Deadfolk told The Spoof, "Shortly before the great man died, he told me he would return in spirit with a spirit film crew to record his own funeral. I was at the funeral and I can categorically say that Ingmar was there. And I don't mean in the coffin."
The director of such classics as The Seventh Seal, Wild Strawberries and Watching Paint Dry With Death At Your Shoulder, died on 30 July at his home in Fårö.
Only family, close friends and the Grim Reaper attended the funeral, which was said to be a rather sombre affair, with music supplied by Radiohead.
One mourner told The Spoof, "It was all very sad, very depressing. I think Ingmar would have enjoyed it."
