After intense scientific research, it was discovered the real monkey meat was being used in the manufacturing of Jen & Berry's Chunky Monkey ice cream.
Further testing is underway, but it is suspected that the monkey meat that is being used can cause serious side effects, such as uncontrollable hair growth, random acts of mating behavior, and in severe cases growth of a splayed big toe.
The Jen & Berry's headquarters has been temporarily shut down and manufacturing has come to a halt. Scientists are also looking into researching Phish Food following reports of gill growth in children.
Jen & Berry's ice cream is being removed from grocery store shelves until the problem is resolved.
