A Greek cruise ship carrying over 200 passengers crashed against some rocks last Wednesday, in what is proving to be an American Idol related incident.
"Well, it was 9:00pm and all of the crew were gathered around the TV to watch the results," says Gianno Del Toro, a ship hand on the cruise. "Captain Diego is a big Chris Sligh fan, and he was pretty unhappy that Chris was in the bottom three. He said something bad might happen if Chris got voted off."
"No, what I said was that I'd bring this mother f*cker down if they kicked off my boy."
According to eye-witness reports, Diego continued to incite the crew, starting such chants as "Kick off sligh, you gon die", and "The Homo must go."
When Sligh was voted off Diego reportedly began to cry and beat his chest, screaming "NOOOO JESUS! HELP ME FRO PATRO!", at which he ripped the steering wheel out of it's sockets and threw it into the water, causing the ship to slam into the rocks. Luckily the passengers and crew were all rescued.
"I feel guilty that I survived and Chris didn't. Sometimes I wish it was the other way around."
