In a shocking break with all his intelligence agencies Russian President Vladimir Putin confirms that he believes Vladimir Putin’s claim that he did not interfere in Russia’s elections.
“A slanderous claim," the leader said when asked about the accusation. “It is merely coincidence that all my opponents are dead or in prison and this is in fact a witch hunt manufactured by Russian media,” he angrily proclaimed.
Russian intelligence disagrees saying Putin in fact did interfere.
“I mean come on," says head intelligence agent Boris Brushkiyov, who has went missing since this interview took place.
Putin has declared it a deep state fake news attacks by his enemies. “It’s an excuse for why I didn’t allow them on the ballot.” He stated when asked. “It’s not my fault I prevented them ballot access.”
When asked how he’ll prevent himself from interfering in future elections Mr. Putin simply replied “That depends if we ever have them.”
