Dublin, Eire - A Mountjoy Square bakers is being taken to court about its 'homophobic' fairy cakes and family recipe chocolate fudge muffins.

Brothers Eamonn and Seamus O'Gateau who run the Mountjoy Bun-in-the-Oven Bakery have been ordered to stop production of the yummy best sellers after EU human frights lawyers served a cease and desist writ.

The action follows a complain from the LGBT community that eating the O'Gateaus' traditional Irish crumpets 'had left a nasty taste in the mouth'.

Commenting on what's perceived as a culinary slur the brothers' head pastry chef fingered a rogue cupcake frosting piping bag suspected of being tainted by 'exotic nuts':

"It's not like they found some sort of disgusting foreign body inside their cream horn," Flynn McPatty told reporters.

"You need to got to O'Flaherty's BDSM brothel for a taste of that."

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
