Pyongyang, August 12, 2014 - North Korea threatened today to shoot rockets at themselves as proof that it is ready to confront any threatening country.
North Korean state news agency KCNA said that warmongering and provocative rhetoric of North Korea leads to a serious threat to the state itself and that Pyongyang is risking nuclear retaliation if it continues its belligerent behavior.
- If North Korea does not wise up and start to behave properly, we will launch a rocket at them to show everyone that we stand in the way of anyone who tries to endanger us - KCNA announced.
After these threats, North Korea said that in the case of a missile attack on itself it would vigorously respond and for that hostile act Pyongyang could burn in a "nuclear fire".
- We will not allow anyone, not even ourselves, practicing austerity on us - warned North Korean authorities.
North Korean leader Kim Jong Un spoke on this occasion to citizens, telling them not to worry because North Korea has missiles and technology that could be used for defense in case of attack on themselves.
