29 percent of all Italians above the age of 16 have no clue, the highest score within the EU, a German research has concluded.
The European average of people who have no clue is 14 percent. The Italian man and women are respectively 22% and 36% clueless. Leaving the Finnish and Dutch people far behind.
Giulio Terzi, Italian minister of foreign affairs openly doubts these numbers. "Of course we have, like any other country, people who have no clue. But this research has included an disproportionate amount of elderly what makes the average percentage increase."
The Italian government has proposed several ideas including an emergency loan of ideas and having lunch.
