A 6 year old has trialled several new prototype police cars, one of which will potentially be picked up by Australian police departments to use in their vehicle fleets.
The vehicles were fitted out with modern technology including mobile fingerprint scanners, computing equipment, automatic licence plate readers and digital two-way radio systems.
Ford, GM and Holden are among a few car manufacturers that have developed vehicles specifically for the event, which included attendees such as former child star Dakota Fanning and controversial star Lindsay Lohan.
The vehicles are expected to be trialled before a committee who will decide which vehicle is to become the standardised police vehicle across Australia.
