Para Sailin is being sued. One of the three attorneys in Alaska have brought suit against the on again, off again politician and general pain in the moose ass non governor of Alaska.
On behalf of the now dead moose, Lawyer, Actual Hunter has brought a wrongful death charge against the rapidly ageing ex beauty pagent contestant. Lawyer Hunter, representing the bullet riddled dead moose by class action suit is claiming that the moose stalker, Para Sailin is not an actual hunter and the animal's death is not due to legal hunting but is in fact, a death as a consequence of prolonged torture.
Lawyer Hunter states that by evidential photographs and video, complete with commercials, he will prove that Para Sailin could not hunt her way out of her shoe closet and that the moose, shot five times before it surrendered to death just to end the embarrassment was a victim of illegal torture.
Council for the defense is bringing the "Well, she used to be pretty" rebuttal to the courtroom.
